Hello, I would like to start by saying I have been taking anxiety medication for the last 6 years of my life (rivitrol) and I have had anxiety since I was 9 years old... I am presently 34. I just finished reading chapter 15 and I have tried the techniques mentioned and my anxiety after 25 years has finally been confronted!
